Four generations of Napoli —
now in Saigon.
Starantino's was born in a small kitchen in Naples, where my nonna kneaded dough before dawn and the wood-fired oven was the heart of every Sunday. When our family moved to New York, the recipes came with us — written in pencil in a worn notebook, passed from her hands to my mother's, and now to mine.
In Saigon, we keep that tradition alive. Hand-stretched dough. San Marzano-style tomatoes. Fresh basil. Real mozzarella. No shortcuts. No compromise. Just the pizza my family has been making for four generations — at a price every neighbour can afford.
